At Gomlin & Gizmo, we strive for customer satisfaction. Because eBooks and the digital monthly subscription Unlimited Reading Pleasure are made available immediately upon purchase, different return conditions apply than for physical products.

1. Return Policy for eBooks

No right of return on digital products

Since an eBook is made available for download immediately after purchase, we cannot offer a return or refund. This is in accordance with European legislation, where digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Exceptions: technical issues

If you have problems downloading or opening your eBook, please contact us within 7 days after purchase via the contact form. We are happy to help you solve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, we can offer a refund or a new file.

Accidental wrong purchase?

• If you accidentally purchased the wrong eBook and the eBook has not yet been downloaded, please contact us within 24 hours via the contact form. In some cases, we can offer an exchange for another eBook from our range.
• In general, exchanging or returning is not possible for an eBook.
  
  

Refunds

• If an exception is made and a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days.
• Refunds are only provided for technical problems that cannot be resolved or for incorrect deliveries on our part.
  
  

2. Return Policy for the '1 Month Unlimited Reading Pleasure' subscription

With the "1 month unlimited reading pleasure" subscription, you get as quickly as possible, but no later than within 24 hours after purchase access to our digital library. Access is granted via an email we send to the email address provided in your order with in the email a link (URL) to your personal access page and password. Therefore, the following return conditions apply:

No right to cancellation or refund

• Once the subscription is activated, and that is from the moment the personal access page and password are sent via email, the subscription cannot be canceled or refunded because the service is made available immediately.
• This is in line with European regulations for digital services and subscriptions that are delivered immediately.
  
  

Exceptions: technical issues

• If you do not get access to the eBooks due to a technical issue after purchase, please contact us within 7 days via the contact form.
• We will try to solve the problem. If that fails, a refund may be considered.
  
  

Automatic termination after 1 month

• The subscription automatically ends after 1 month and is not automatically renewed. No further action is required to arrange cancellation.
